We have a friendly team of sales and technical staff on hand to answer all of your queries. Our phone lines are manned 8:30am – 5pm Monday – Thursday and 8:30am – 4:30pm Fridays. No queues, you will speak to a member of our team every time. If support is needed outside of working hours, we have a comprehensive support site to help answer your query.
Free Training Courses
Our technical team host free training courses for all Westomatic customers at our offices in Newton Abbot. The courses cover everything from machine basics to advanced diagnostics.
48 Hour Technical Follow-Up Call Back
When we receive a technical enquiry, we like to ensure we leave no loose ends and unresolved issues. That’s why we make a follow up call within 48 hours to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied.
